By focusing on providing total customer satisfaction, Koch’s QAP is able to encompass the entire manufacturing process. Starting with excellence in engineering standards, manufacturing begins with the close inspection of raw materials by experienced individuals.

From this initial rigid review of component materials through all phases of production to the final packing inspection, the QAP matches the integrity and standards of all Koch employees. As a final step in the Quality Assurance Program, the in-house inspections are regularly verified by independent test laboratories. These independent tests are conducted in accordance to all current ASHRAE Standards.
